These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MetaSense website, registration process, and related services provided by MetaClarity. By using MetaSense, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing the MetaSense website, registering for the programme, or otherwise using any service made available through MetaSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the programme.
MetaSense is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are providing your own personal information.
MetaSense is a health education programme. It is not a medical service, diagnostic service, or emergency service. Participation in MetaSense does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with MetaClarity, except to the extent that a licensed Singapore doctor reviews your eligibility and test requests as part of the programme workflow.
Please refer to our Medical Disclaimer for further details on the boundary between MetaSense education, doctor review, lab testing, and clinical care.
When you register for MetaSense, you must provide information that is true, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy of all health declaration responses and registration details. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension of your participation, refusal of service, or refusal to issue a MetaSense Report, without prejudice to any other rights of MetaClarity.
Where you register for testing through MetaSense, testing may only proceed after your health declaration has been reviewed by a licensed Singapore doctor who confirms that the panel is appropriate for you. If the reviewing doctor determines that testing should not proceed, you will be advised on the next steps.
Laboratory testing, where applicable, is performed by an HCSA-licensed lab partner. Clinical laboratory services in Singapore are licensable healthcare services under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), and our lab partner operates under that regulatory framework.
Payments for the MetaSense programme are processed through our payment provider in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The following refund and cancellation terms apply:
If you submit your own existing lab report or health screening data to MetaClarity for the purpose of generating a MetaSense Report, you confirm that you have the right to share that data with us. MetaClarity may, at its discretion, decline to generate a report if the submitted data is incomplete, outdated, incompatible with the MetaSense methodology, or otherwise unsuitable. In such cases, MetaClarity will notify you and may offer alternative options where appropriate.
You agree not to:
All content on the MetaSense website and within the programme (including the MetaSense Report, written copy, design, methodology, branding, logos, and structured frameworks) is owned by or licensed to MetaClarity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
MetaSense is provided as a health education programme, on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, MetaClarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the MetaSense website or programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
This clause is intended to be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
MetaClarity may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the MetaSense website or programme after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
