By submitting your information, you consent to MetaClarity collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for purposes connected with MetaSense, including registration, eligibility review, appointment coordination, report generation where applicable, participant communication, payment administration, and compliance with legal or operational requirements.

Your information may be shared with relevant service providers, including licensed Singapore doctors, HCSA-licensed lab partners, payment providers, and technology providers, where required for the MetaSense workflow.

MetaClarity does not sell your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

About your laboratory report. Your official laboratory report is sent to the reviewing doctor. MetaClarity will only receive lab data or health screening data where it is required for the MetaSense Report and you have consented to that use.
