01

MetaSense is educational

MetaSense is a metabolic health education programme. It helps participants understand selected metabolic markers through structured, plain-language explanations grounded in publicly available clinical references. The MetaSense Report is intended to support understanding and lifestyle awareness. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or substitute for medical advice.

02

Not medical advice

MetaSense does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, or medical management. The content of the MetaSense Report and any related communication should not be interpreted as a clinical opinion, prescription, or recommendation for medical action.

03

Doctor role

Where testing is arranged through MetaSense, suitability review and test requests are handled through a licensed Singapore doctor pathway. The reviewing doctor's role is limited to reviewing your health declaration, confirming whether the panel is appropriate for you, and authorising the lab request where suitable. The reviewing doctor is not your treating physician for ongoing medical care.

04

Lab role

Laboratory testing is performed through HCSA-licensed lab partners. The lab partner is responsible for sample collection, processing, and the issuance of the official laboratory report under their own clinical and regulatory accountability.

05

Report limitation

The MetaSense Report is an educational interpretation layer placed on top of the official lab report. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Any clinical decisions (such as whether to change medication, undergo further testing, or seek treatment) should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who has access to your full medical context.

06

Follow-up

If your results are outside the reference range, unclear, or in any way concerning, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional for appropriate follow-up. MetaSense does not replace ongoing medical care, specialist consultation, or treatment.

07

Emergencies

MetaSense is not for emergencies

If you are experiencing urgent or severe symptoms, including chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any condition you reasonably believe is an emergency, call 995 or go to the nearest A&E department immediately.

Do not rely on MetaSense or wait for a MetaSense Report in an emergency.

08

AI disclosure

MetaSense may use AI-assisted tools to help organise data and prepare plain-language educational explanations based on MetaClarity's structured methodology. AI is not used to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace clinical judgment. All clinical-suitability decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed Singapore doctor reviewing your health declaration.

09

Responsible health education

MetaSense is designed to support responsible health education, with attention to Singapore healthcare advertising requirements and PDPA data protection principles.

MetaSense is for education and lifestyle awareness only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
