Testing is performed by an HCSA-licensed laboratory following suitability assessment and authorisation by a Singapore-registered doctor.
The MetaSense report explains your blood markers and provides metabolic context. These explanations do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions.
You will receive two separate documents. The official laboratory report is issued by the laboratory under its own clinical and regulatory accountability. The MetaSense report is prepared by MetaClarity as an explanatory layer on top of those results. It describes what each marker measures and places your results in metabolic context.
The MetaSense report is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or clinical opinion, and it should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Decisions such as changing medication, undergoing further testing or seeking treatment should be made with a qualified healthcare professional who has access to your full medical context.
MetaSense does not promise specific outcomes. It offers the opportunity to see how your body is responding over time.
Where testing is arranged through MetaSense, it is handled through a licensed Singapore doctor pathway. The reviewing doctor reviews your health declaration, confirms whether the panel is suitable for you, and authorises the lab request where suitable. The doctor also follows up on critical results in line with their clinical responsibilities. The reviewing doctor will collect any identification details (such as NRIC) directly from you for the lab order, under their own clinical accountability. The reviewing doctor is not your treating physician for ongoing medical care.
Laboratory testing is performed through an HCSA-licensed laboratory engaged by the reviewing doctor. The laboratory is responsible for sample collection, processing, and the issuance of the official laboratory report under their own clinical and regulatory accountability. MetaClarity does not directly engage the laboratory.
If your results are outside the reference range, unclear, or in any way concerning, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional for appropriate follow-up. MetaSense does not replace ongoing medical care, specialist consultation, or treatment.

Do not rely on MetaSense or wait for a MetaSense report in an emergency.
MetaSense may use AI-assisted tools to help organise data and prepare plain-language explanations based on MetaClarity's structured methodology. AI is not used to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace clinical judgment. All clinical-suitability decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed Singapore doctor reviewing your health declaration.
