Preparation Guidance

To support a clearer baseline reading

  • Fast for 8 to 12 hours before your sample collection. Water is permitted and encouraged.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your sample collection.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before your sample collection.
  • Continue regular prescribed medication unless your doctor advises otherwise.
  • Inform us if you have been unwell recently, especially with fever, infection, or inflammation in the past 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Inform us if you take biotin, iron, or regular supplements, as some supplements may affect selected markers.

  • ·If, after reviewing your health declaration, a licensed Singapore doctor determines that testing should not proceed, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
  • ·If you cancel before doctor review has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • ·If you cancel after doctor review has begun, or after the MetaSense panel has been confirmed, an administrative and doctor review fee may apply.
  • ·Cancellations made after sample collection are not eligible for refund.
